The structure underneath the brands

CraneRidge Holdings LLC is a holding company formed in Nevada. It owns its portfolio outright and operates every company in it directly. It is not an agency, and it is not a fund. It builds things and then runs them.

Each brand operates as a DBA of the LLC rather than as a separate subsidiary. One entity signs the contracts and owns the intellectual property, so a counterparty that diligences CraneRidge once has covered the whole portfolio. When an operating company grows to the point of needing its own entity, converting it is straightforward; the structure was chosen with that in mind.

The operating companies are designed and built in-house. Most are software. One is jewelry. They share engineering standards and infrastructure where that helps, and they stay out of each other's way where it doesn't.
